The Mini Econ-O-Ring is a single arch machine designed solely for small kilns and round vessels. It is the smallest pneumatically operated machine on the market. The MINI has a unique scaffold system and multiple arch sections, which allows it to be adjusted to many different diameter combinations within its range. The machine comes complete with an assembly guide and sizing chart to assist you in determining the proper arch sections and adjusting the scaffold to the proper bricking diameter. The MINI is designed to be an improvement over existing, labor intensive bricking methods and gives the masons a fast and flexible pneumatic platform. The machine is manufactured out of lightweight aluminum and can be assembled in 25 minutes once inside the kiln. It is constructed in small components and can be handled by one person. The MINI is very portable and designed to fit into limited access kilns.
The Problem:
The three main goals when installing brick in rotary kilns is quality, safety, and speed of installation. Unfortunately, these goals can sometimes be conflicting. An additional problem in small kilns or vessels is the difficulty in getting the bricking machine into the confined space.
The Solution:
The MINI insures quality with pneumatic cylinders assisting in the precise placement of brick. By using the pneumatic cylinders to hold brick in place, there is never any unsupported, unkeyed brick overhead. Ergonomic design reduces fatigue and with it the chance of mental or physical errors ending in an lost time accident. The speed of installation is increased by the MINI's ease of use that raises the efficiency of your people. The MINI is a small unit that is easily assembled and disassembled in small spaces, as it is designed to fit kilns from 4'-0" through 8'-2" inside brick diameter (2.4m through 3.7m).
Justification:

The ability of the MINI to adjust from 4'-0" through 8'-2" inside brick diameter (2.4m through 3.7m) makes it a perfect contractors machine as it will fit multiple number of kilns.
