PRE-OUTAGE BRICKING MACHINE EVALUATION, & REPAIR SERVICE

training

A Pre-Outage Bricking Machine Evaluation allows our technician to inspect and evaluate equipment that has been used previously or is one of our older models. Similar to our New Machine Commissioning, the Pre-Outage Evaluation will help to identify potential problems with the equipment while re-educating crew members. A big part of the evaluation is training on the safe assembly and use of your bricking machine. A safety inspection of all frames, deck, and arches will help determine wear and fit of welds and other components. An evaluation of the machine overall, its components, and tools will be performed for functionality and completeness.

Maintenance and trouble shooting will be covered. This is also a time for any necessary repairs and while on site we can address possible upgrades to better (newer) technology as well as where some of our other products might better assist your crew; like material handling from burn floor, to kiln, to bedding crew, to masons on the bricking machine. A discussion of safe operations and maintenance of the machine will conclude with disassembly and proper storage techniques. Whether you are a proud owner/operator of one of our bricking machines or researching for a better solution to your current process, we will be there both behind and beside you and your crew. Our goal is to provide your team with the knowledge and training to safely assemble and maintain your Refractory Installation Equipment while simultaneously preparing them to be ready at a moments notice adding time to the time clock and money to the bank account.
