Similar to the FDEOR, the Flat Deck MOR (FDMOR) has hinges on each arch of the FDMOR allows for minor kiln distortion adjustments of maximum 8-10 inches (20-25cm).
The FDMOR is built for a specific kiln diameter. As with all our bricking machines, the FDMOR is designed with a cut away center section in the front arch to allow easy access to the key section. Both the Long Jack and Shim Driver come standard.
The FDMOR has a 17 foot (5.2M). The spacious work deck with a chained fall guard for easy refractory access up and down the kiln and 15,000 lbs (6,810kg) live load frame capacity allowing for three pallets of brick and a refractory crew - the largest deck in the industry. The arch trolley glides up and down the work deck on a rail system. Incorporated into the trolley is an ergonomic stair step deck to lessen worker fatigue.
Our machine has a set of two 3-Way Master Valves. Positioned on the down kiln and up kiln arches, the 3-way air valves allow for rapid advancement up the kiln by engaging or releasing cylinders simultaneously or individually without resetting. The bricking machine also has a Lubricator-Filter system that keeps clean dry air and continual lubrication to the pneumatic system, the life of the bricking machine would be short lived. This system includes an Emergency Shut Off Valve in case of sudden air loss to the cylinders.
