Sometimes material transport is made difficult due to obstructions on the work area floor or when access is limited. In those cases, sometimes the best answer is to transport the material over the top of the obstruction. Obstructions on the work area flow sometimes make it seem impossible to transport material other than with manual labor. This is not only inefficient and fatiguing, but dangerous to the personnel transporting the material and/or to the material itself. The Bricking Solution Monorail system is freestanding with a small foot print that allows transportation of material via a trolley mounted fixture. The trolley can either be powered or moved manually and can hold up to a full pallet of brick. The reduction of outage time by more efficient handling of material. For example, with a $5,000 per hour outage cost, a 6 hour savings in time to move material will result in a $30,000 return in investment.
