ALUMINUM DOUBLE ARCH

The arch is1/3 the weight of steel and just as strong, it allows two rows of brick to be installed at the same time for an easier more effective installation.

UP KILN ARCH WITH
CUT AWAY KEY SECTION

Easy and more efficient access of key area allowing for ergonomically correct keying. Standard keying equipment for easy access.

MASTER VALVE, CHECK VALVUE AND EMERGENCY SHUT-OFF VALVE

Allows independent or coordinated retraction or engagement on both arches and allows cylinders to hold brick if plant has sudden air loss.

ARCH HINGES

Work with screw jacks to adjust arch in or out with ease through different kiln variations. Screw jacks are located in between each arch segment.

SCREW JACKS

Up to 3 located on each side of arch for easy adjust ability of arch wings towards and away from kiln wall with no tools.

ARCH CENTER SUPPORT AND
ARCH TROLLEY

Arch is more stable and arch trolley moves on rails for an efficient and ease of movement with a pull of one hand.

CANTILEVER

Safer and more efficient for installation of the first row of brick at the retaining ring and closeout of the last ring. Rolls on steel wheels across full length of work deck. Includes built in tool trays.

HYDRAULIC ARCH JACK

Raise or lower the arch on a center supported trolley system with no use of tools or fork truck.

TROLLEY 3 POINT BRAKE SYSTEM

Double wheel wedge, trolley pin lock and spring wheel lock allows trolley to stay secure and stops movement. Each brake is easy to lock and unlock for desired arch and trolley position.

HIGH GRADE AIRCRAFT ALUMINUM

All our machines are built with high grade 6061 T6 aircraft aluminum. T6 aluminum is 1/3 the weight of steel, but just as strong. This makes assembly much safer, easier and faster.

PERF-O-GRIP PLANKING

Custom non-skid aluminum Perf-O-Grip planking for sure footing and less build up. Color coded and lightweight for easy assembly.

17FT DECK

The 17ft deck stores up to 3 pallets of brick which reduces handling of brick. Greater weight capacity and deck spaces is increases efficiency and safety.

COLOR CODED ASSEMBLY

All components are color coded for safe, fast, and easy installation. Ensures that machine is assembled properly.

FALL GUARDS W/ OPTIONAL HEAVEY DUTY FALL GUARDS

All machines come with standard fall guards to prevent falling. Heavy duty fall guards come with a standard pull out center for placement of brick pallets and swinging gate on ladder side for access on both ends of machine.

ERGONOMIC STAIR STEP DESIGN

Ergonomic Stair Step Design incorporated into the arch trolley for large kiln diameters is built into the work deck to reduce worker fatigue and increases safety and productivity.

DUAL LADDER ACCESS

A standard ladder can be used on either up or down kiln. An additional ladder can be acquired for dual access to increase productivity and provides dual access in case of an emergency.

OPTIONAL HYDRAULIC LEG JACKS

Adjustments to the deck are safe, easy and fast in a conical section and with out use of a forklift for major kiln variations.

POLYURETHANE CASTORS WITH
KICK BRAKE

Double wheel castors made of polyurethane to protect bricks and allows machine to advance easily up kiln. Castors can be rotated allowing the kiln to be rotated while machine remains positioned inside kiln. Kick brake is fast and easy to ensure unwanted movement.
